Read moreAs we welcome the new year, we’re pleased to inform you that our facility is fully operational following scheduled maintenance over the holiday period and ready to meet your cast bar stick requirements. This ensures we can support the continued growth of the aerospace and IGT markets.
Have you secured your Q1 superalloy demands?
Vacuum investment casting volumes have increased across all sectors and industries, as such the demand for superalloy cast bar stick has increased to meet this demand. Ross & Catherall have continued to deliver these requirements with investments in new furnace melting capacity (4t furnace) and cast bar stick processing facilities to ensure a continuous supply to the investment casting foundries worldwide.
We would remind all our customers that Q1 melt capacity is available, if not already secured, however, if you have yet to confirm your alloy demand, please contact your account manager to discuss your requirements as melt capacity is being secured by customers to meet the increasing casting demands.
Please review your revert availability to ensure that revert levels are available to meet your required ratios. If the revert levels are not sufficient for your "standard" melt capacity you can utilise one of our 8 melt furnace options, as detailed below, to meet the revert levels available. Alternatively, the revert ratios can be amended to meet the alloy volume and delivery requirements, again your account manager can discuss these options with you.
If your current suppliers do not have the melt capacity, or lead times, to meet your superalloy demands, please contact me with your RFQ requirements.
Ross and Catherall can provide you with the widest range of melt volumes available, of any superalloy bar stick manufacturer in the world, ranging from 500kg (1,100lbs) up to 7200kg (15,800lbs) from 8 furnaces.
Combined with our in-house revert processing, and preparation facility, utilising the revert from customers worldwide, creating a “closed loop” network to ensure final composition and specifications are met
